A typical week at the Retreat
Saturday
- Arrival at Liberia airport (code LIR) in the early afternoon
- Shopping for supplies for the week
- Drive to El Nidito Guesthouse
- Hike in the Happy Vallay area
- Welcome reception at El Nidito at sunset
- Relax and unwind
Sunday through Tuesday
- 06:30 am, wake up and quiet time
- 07:00 am, coffee or tea
- 07:30 am, Ashtanga Primary practice
- 09:30 am, breakfast
- 10:30 am, adventure activities
- 04:30 pm, yoga and sunset watching on the deck
- 06:00 pm, dinner at the house or at a local restaurant
Wednesday
- 06:30 am, coffee or tea
- 07:00 am, Ashtanga Modified
- 08:30 am, breakfast at La Macha in Rio Piedras
- 09:30 am, trip to the Tabacon Hot Springs or hike on Vulcano Arenal
- 06:30 pm, dinner in Fortuna
Thursday
- 06:30 am, wake up and quiet time
- 07:00 am, coffee or tea
- 07:30 am, Ashtanga Primary practice
- 09:30 am, breakfast
- 10:30 am, adventure activities
- 04:30 pm, yoga and sunset watching on the deck
- 06:00 pm, dinner at the house or at a local restaurant
Friday
- 06:30 am, wake up and quiet time
- 07:00 am, coffee or tea
- 07:30 am, Ashtanga Primary practice
- 09:30 am, breakfast
- 10:30 am, leave El Nidito for the beach
- 05:00 pm, yoga on the beach and sunset
- 06:30 pm, dinner at a local restaurant
Saturday
- Leave the beach at the appropriate time for the airport
- Planes depart at 8:00 am or early afternoon
